How do I apply for a position at the Millstone 4-H Camp?

• Complete the NCSU Temporary Application found at www.fis.ncsu.edu/hr/forms/employment/tempapp_noutsfil.pdf and the background check form found at http://www7.acs.ncsu.edu/hr/forms/employment/background/checkrelease.pdf .

• Distribute reference forms found at http://www.nc4h.org/centers/reference-web.pdf  to three individuals that are not friends or family, asking them to mail the forms directly to Millstone.  Reference forms should be completed and returned within five days to:

• Once we have received your NCSU application, the background check form, and the 3 reference forms we will contact you for an interview as needed.  If you are selected for our staff you will receive a work agreement, tax forms, and additional information.
